JRR&R Cancellation Policy and Refunds:
- We run rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel any trips if weather and/or water conditions are hazardous. If weather or river conditions cause a JRR&R initiated cancellation, rescheduling is always an option or a refund will be given.
- The total amount of your rental fee is required to guarantee your equipment.
- Cancellations must be made 7 or more days in advance in order to avoid financial penalty and must be made with staff, messages left after hours will not be accepted.
- Changes to group size must be made outside 72 hours of your scheduled trip and must be confirmed by a staff member. Messages left after hours will not be accepted.
- Last minute cancellations (inside 7 days of your scheduled trip) or “no shows” will result in a forfeiture of the full cost of your trip.
- If your cancellation falls within the 7 day cancellation window, you may reschedule and use that money for a new non-refundable, non-cancelable date in the current season.
- You must confirm the number of people in your group 72 hours before your scheduled trip or you will be held accountable for the number of people booked.
- The reservation holder will be responsible for last minute cancellations/no shows of the whole group or partial group and payment will be charged to the card used to hold the reservation.
We always recommend that you call for information on the conditions of the river before your trip. It may be awful weather at home but gorgeous here, so call ahead if you are in doubt!
